Shoot Plan
Estimated time per location based on a 4-hour shoot. Final schedule will be adjusted based on priority selections and hotel access.

Capturing guest arrival, valet, & walk-in through the entrance

Ground floor lobby, modern luxury interiors, art details, check-in area, first impressions

Afternoon tea setup, tiered stands, fine china details, panoramic windows, lounge ambiance

Bed styling, bathroom details, Strip views through floor-to-ceiling windows, in-room amenities

Treatment rooms, relaxation areas, product details, serene atmosphere

Capturing the exterior of the building, logo, and additional fine details that make this venue unique
Investment
Each option is designed to deliver exceptional content within your goals. Choose what fits best, or let's customize.
Cinematic B-Roll & Photography
Exactly what was discussed: a focused 4-hour shoot capturing cinematic b-roll of the Waldorf's key locations plus editorial photography. Clean, efficient, and beautiful.
I'd recommend selecting your top 3 to 4 priority locations so we can dedicate about 45 min to each and really nail the details rather than rushing through all six.
Model + Cinematic Storytelling
Elevate the content by bringing in a model to create an "experience-style" shoot, showing a guest living the Waldorf lifestyle. This is the kind of content that stops the scroll. Plus, you still get b-roll of the property.
If the hotel can comp a night's stay + tea for the model, Tawny would do a cross-collab post: a video reel + photo carousel on her page. She's approaching 100K followers with high engagement. That's organic reach for the Waldorf at no extra cost.
Our last collaboration at the Westgate hit 115,974 views, 3,400 likes, and 711 shares. That's proven organic exposure for the Waldorf at zero additional media spend.
Multi-Model Lifestyle Campaign
A full lifestyle campaign with male and female models, extended shoot time, and a polished edited video. This is the premium option for content that looks and feels like a national brand campaign.
Model rates start at $550+ per model for a half-day (4hr) shoot depending on usage terms and scope. Final model costs confirmed upon casting.
50% non-refundable deposit to confirm. Remaining balance due day of shoot.
Proven Results
Here's what Option 2 looks like in practice. This is from a recent collaboration at the Westgate Las Vegas with model Tawny. Same concept, same cinematic approach I'd bring to the Waldorf.

Detail shot of themed suite decor
Tawny is an established content creator approaching 100K followers with high engagement. In exchange for a complimentary night's stay and tea experience, she would shoot and post a video reel + photo carousel featuring the Waldorf. Our last collaboration at the Westgate generated 115,974 views and 4,532 interactions from a single 30-second reel. A 2-night booking happened directly after this post went up.
Timing
Approximate timing for Option 1. Schedule adjusts based on priority selections and hotel access. Options 2 & 3 integrate model scenes within this flow.
Time frames are rough estimates. I will adjust once we confirm priority locations and hotel access windows.
Next Steps
Priority Location Selection
Select your top 3 to 4 priority locations from the list so we can allocate the most time where it matters.
Option Selection
Review all three options and let me know which direction feels right, or if you'd like to customize.
Model Decision (Opt 2 & 3)
If going with Option 2 or 3, confirm model direction so I can coordinate scheduling and wardrobe.
Hotel Access & Permissions
Confirm what areas we'll have access to, any restricted times, and whether we need a hotel liaison on-site.
Comp Night + Tea (Opt 2)
If pursuing the cross-collab, confirm if the hotel can provide a complimentary night and tea for the model.
Quote Approval & Deposit
Once we align on scope, I'll send a formal quote. 50% deposit confirms the booking.
Contracts
All projects require a signed contract and deposit before work begins. No exceptions.
Policies
Final pricing will be confirmed upon scope and add-on selections.

I'm excited about the possibility of working with KDC and the Waldorf Astoria. Let's make this the start of something great.
